Chocolate truffles

A simple, high-vibrational treat made with Nature’s Divine Bliss cacao paste! Ingredients: 270g Nature’s Divine Bliss Cacao Paste, chopped 120g canned coconut milk
3 tbsp nut butter of your choice Add approx 4 drops of a doTERRA essential oil (vanilla, peppermint, wild orange, geranium, ginger, cardamom, or lime are yummy choices!) Taste your mix to see how the flavour is for you; some of our oils have more of a strength per drop so you won't need as much such as Geranium, peppermint, & Ginger, some a little more like wild orange, & vanilla! You can always use a combination too! Vanilla goes with any other oil pretty much! Yum. Pinch of fine sea salt or Himalayan pink salt Coating ideas: Unsweetened cacao powder, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, raspberry powder, or edible flower petals. Method: Add the chopped cacao paste and coconut milk to a large heat-safe bowl. Set the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, you don't want to use too much heat. A little test of patience! Stir occasionally until the cacao is about 90% melted. Remove from the heat and continue stirring or whisking gently until completely smooth. Add the nut butter, salt, and your chosen essential oils. Whisk gently until everything is incorporated. Avoid over-mixing to keep the texture silky. Spoon the mix into moulds of your choice or pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pour the mixture in to a depth of roughly ½ inch (1–1.5 cm). Smooth the surface lightly. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight, until firm. If you poured into a tray then once set, warm a knife under hot water, wipe it dry, and slice into your desired truffle size. Re-heat and clean the knife if needed between cuts for cleaner edges! Place your chosen coating (cacao powder, coconut, nuts, etc.) in a shallow bowl. Gently toss each truffle until well coated or simply sprinkle a little cacao powder over them to finish! For the softest, smoothest texture, enjoy them at room temperature if eating the same day. Otherwise store in a sealed container in the fridge and remove about 30 minutes before enjoying! Store in the fridge for approx one week if not eating straight away! Tag me on insta with your creations! x
