Then it’s time to sauna, & sea dip if you wish, leaving you feeling clear, connected, & truly radiant for your day ahead!

Please bring:
*A bottle of drinking water
*A yoga mat to sit on (we won't need full stretch of the mat as such)/ a blanket to be cosy, cushion if you'd like one etc.
*Comfy clothing + layers to keep warm enough to start
*Swim wear + towel as you like for sauna/sea dip/paddle! 
*Your true wonderful self + anything you'd like to release +transmute into a better feeling!
